console versions will most likely launch with 64 players on next gen platform, but I'd put money on a 64v 64 PC version. I'm certain, which is OK with me because 64 is a perfect amount of players

Knowing Kon he's being serious. Battlefield for the most part has been a yearly series. At least apart from COD it does a better job at changing itself up.

Just because a 2 year gap is actually not bad, it sounded like you were mocking people who think it's bad. I think if there hadn't been DLC till this month, people wouldn't be as annoyed by this.

Battlefield 2 came out in 2005. Bad company 1 came out in 2008. Bad company 2 came out in 2010. Battlefield 3 came out 2011. Notice something? The release dates got closer and closer, and in direct correlation the series got worse (Save for BC2 which was great).


By this deduction, applying the scientific theory, I can deduce that Battlefield 4 will be mediocre like Battlefield 3, and we have no hope in hell for 2143.

I have a feeling this will be true, but at the same time I have faith that DICE won't stand for too much BS.
