trunklott - Monday, March 18, 2013 5:59 PM ( #1 )
Hey all, glad to be here. I've been gaming since I got my first NES when I was 3 (obviously wasn't good at it at first, but grew into it lol). I just turned 26 and work as a computer operator. Just to start conversation:

Systems I've owned:
NES
Gameboy (also pocket and color)
Sega Genesis (also 32x)
SNES
N64
Playstation
Xbox
Playstation 2
Xbox 360 (red ring 3 times)
PS3 (ol faithful)

I am a fan of a wide range of games from RPGs like Skyrim and Diablo III to shooters like Battlefield 3. I mostly stick to BF3 online at the moment, so if you are looking for someone to play online with who has a mic and likes to actually use squad tactics, please see my sig lol.

Cheers!

Welcome to N4G Trunklott, why not tell us about your top 5 games of all time

Man...that's such a tough decision...but, let's see what kind of discussion I can get out of this (Note: these are not in order from best to least best etc.):

1. Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots - PS3
I spent a lot of time on this game; playing it multiple ways, getting through it and unlocking stuff, getting trophies (finally lol), playing online etc and I thoroughly enjoyed every second of it.

2. The Suffering - PS2/Xbox
While it is kind of an old game, there aren't (definitely weren't then) many games like it. It's a very dark story with a lot of awesomeness and I enjoyed it very much. It's before the time when multiplayer mattered a lot more than the actual campaign. I loved the game and it had a lot of replayability even though it didn't have a multiplayer mode.

3. Fallout 3 - PS3
I spent SO much time with this game on play-throughs and unlocks/exploring. It's honestly a game that I don't think I could ever get tired of playing.

4. Battlefield 2 - PC
I can't count how many hours I spent playing this game on LAN parties and online while I was in college with my friends. It was so much fun and was epic compared to most of the games up until that point.

5. Diablo II/Lords of Destruction Expansion - PC
The first RPG I ever played and was addicted to it before going off to college. A couple of friends I graduated high school with wanted me to get into this before we went to our respective colleges so that we'd be able to keep in touch and have some fun together and this game took many hours of my time (that maybe should have been studying instead, but that's debatable lol). Absolutely, one of the most fun I've had playing a game.

Why thank you! I kind of wanted to put Mario Kart on there somewhere just because I had so much fun playing that with friends when I was younger, but the games I chose are too epic to try and push one of them out for a Mario game lol

lol thanks, man. I am quite partial to my PS3 and if I had a gaming computer, I'd play a lot more PC games to supplement my gaming nirvana lol. But I've always been a MGS fan, can't wait to see what Kojima has in store with all this big drama with Ground Zeroes and Phantom Pain...the build-up is killing me! lol (that's what she said baha)

Some of the people here are not what they seem to be. Robots? Maybe, no one knows for sure. All we know is they're here.

Ahh, Mods changing things for no reason again. No joking allowed, isn't that just awesome. Anyway, as I said before, you should leave, it isn't safe here. Once you get sucked in, you'll never be able to leave.

welcome! respectable line up. look foward to posting with you. I also play BF3 with a mic, mostly on clan servers (the only ones that enforce the team chat VOIP rule). if you ever play on xbl by chance let me know we'll get a few rounds in and represent N4G online !
