Will Microsoft ban me for this? - Thursday, October 31, 2013 11:09 PM ( #1 )
I bought 2 bf3 dlcs from my Microsoft account and they only charged me for one dlc.  The 2 dlcs were b2k and ak.  I was going to pay for b2k with my Microsoft account and ak from my visa debit card. So when I was buying the ak dlc I accidently clicked pay with microsoft account because it was the first option they gave and usually when I don't have any money in my ms account the first option is always my debit card. Will I get banned from Xbox live? I am willing to pay for the dlc but I don't wanna get banned. What should I do?

Contact their support team if you're worried. If you broke their terms of services, then you would be banned. Tell them you are willing to pay for the dlc.

But I didn't break their tos. And one more thing, I was signing in to Xbox.com and it said "uh that shouldn't have happened, it appears you've found a dlc in the system". I can play on Xbox live tho.

Contact their support team then, I know they have a twitter account, not sure if you can contact them any other way. You have to know what's going to happen, unless you've broken their terms of services, we're not going to know if you'll get banned. You shouldn't get banned, but that's up to whoever is working their support.
