Malaysian Plane; 239 gone missing - Monday, March 17, 2014 1:32 PM ( #1 )
Not sure if anyone here has heard about this, but a couple of days ago a plane completely went missing. There were 239 civilians on the plane, but not a single one can be found, no airplane wreckage either. Even scarier is that the plane's communications were intentionally turned off without any signs of hijacking.

Here's the complete story.

What are all of your thoughts, what do you think happened? ETC. I actually had a pretty lengthy discussion with my Dad about this. Neither of us could figure out what a motive would be or anything.

Went missing more than a couple of days ago, it's been almost 10 days.  I've been keeping up with it since it went missing, and even have been helping to scan satellite images to find it.  You can join the online effort here:

edit - I think it might have been hijacked.  They were saying the only way the transponder wouldn't work is if it had been tampered with, yet the engines still continued to ping the fact they were on for several hours after contact with the plane was lost.  I'm thinking the hijackers used that time to take the plane where ever the hell they wanted to.

Or there's the possibility they crashed on a mystical Island and are hiding from the smoke monster right now.

Cool I'll dedicate some time to look for it.

I'm thinking it was a hijack too, most liking to an abandoned base, There are plenty in that vicinity that have been forgotten from WW2.

Yes, that's exactly why they turned off their communications.

There's probably a reason why.

"Investigators say the Boeing 777 was deliberately diverted during its overnight flight and flew off-course for hours. They haven't ruled out hijacking, sabotage, or pilot suicide, and are checking the backgrounds of the 227 passengers and 12 crew members — as well as the ground crew — for personal problems, psychological issues or links to terrorists."

Don't worry about it anymore boys, Courtney Love figured the whole thing out.

"I'm no expert but up close this does look like a plane and an oil slick," wrote Love. "Prayers go out to the families #MH370 and its [sic] like a mile away Pulau Perak, where they 'last' tracked it 5°39'08.5"N 98°50'38.0"E but what do I know?"

Yeah there were saying the plan flew for 2500 Miles after they lost it... and the funny thing is that others OUTSIDE official channels new the plane was still in the air or at least some where other then the drink....

There was reports that passengers cell phones where still hitting towers... ping them...

If the plane was in the drink those phones could not do it...

The other thing is Israel has stepped up its air defence because of this news about the missing plane.

We will have to see what happens... If they can make a whole plane disappear...  Then else has happen that we don;t know about...

You would think they would invest in some type of GPS in a plane that cost millions of dollars. Anyways I think the U.S are butt hurt and using this story as a smokescreen to cover up that Crimea is joining Russia. A week ago everyone was talking about saving poor Crimea but now you can't change the damn channel without hearing about this plane. Smells of propaganda to me.

the problem I have with the hijack landed somewhere theories, is the fact that everyone and their mom has cellphones and other items with GPS type integration. The hijackers would have either had to land in the middle of bum **** nowhere with no cell towers or connection cell phones, or they had to collect every single device that would be able to ping a tower and be able to be located, which is a difficult task.

All work and no play.. makes odion go something something
