Firstly I would like to know how the f*** can you play for 3 days non-stop?! Its crazy! I think 12 hours is fine as long as you take breaks to eat and drink. Im no doctor though. It says on the box of games that you should rest for 15mins every hour you play. I advise you do this.

I just looked it up and found out how this guy died. Apparently, when you have this little of a social life, your soul says "F**k this!" and escapes through a nostril. That's why people get sneezing fits when they play games for too long.

Nor am I but after a certain amount of time your body/ brain needs sleep, so after playing for three days nonstop his bodily functions began too shut down thus causing death.  Just my 2 cents.

I have not play a ps3 game online since Warhawk and that was about 2 weeks ago.
the point is that I usually waste my hours online or multiplayer with friends but never more then 12 hrs now thinking about 3 days non stop I cant do that even if I wanted to.

thats also a very emberresed way to die. people will remember you as a total idiot

thats just being an idiot, he must of had a death wish or something.

Lack of sleep and energy can really affect the body.

I think it has something to do with blood clotting.  Something about sitting for that long like that causing clots in your legs.  I dunno for sure, but I know this new guy isn't the first it happened to.  Another guy in Asia had the same thing happen several years ago.

A gamer dying from a marathon session happens every couple of months.

It wasn't a surpise to me when I read about the recent death. It's not a rare event anymore, just uncommon.

Im no doctor but i would go for the blood clotting

Also to add, 3 days without sleep would not affect the body in that way look at people who have insomnia they still live.

Blood clotting is prob the best reason for this happening.

I work in Security so they tell us we should get up every hour and walk around for 5 mins
