...Seriously? 50 cent over SF4 and KZ2? I know people are gonna hate on KZ2, thats to be expected, but SF4? The hell is Maxim on.

These magazines review games based on how much money they are paid to advertise them.

I doubt if they even get a review copy.

it does have decimals so it is basically a 10-point system

my question is: why not have it out of 10 integers in the first place?

Translates to a 70/100, which is a respectable score but we already know it's much better than a 70. If Maxim were more than just a porn mag, I might take their reviews a little more seriously. Arcade-style collecting and 18 unlockable tracks a great game does not make. I already know Blood in the Sands will be surprisingly good, probably well worth the 80/100 Maxim gave it, but it's not going to be anywhere near the level of SF4 or Kizzy 2.

different people get to review different games. While the 50 Cent game got a higher review it was because the guy didn't get to review Killzone 2... Maxim isn't telling us 50 Cent game > Killzone 2
