Fort Hood Shooting Rampage
-
Thursday, November 05, 2009 8:54 PM
KILLEEN, Texas (Reuters) – An Army psychiatrist opened fire with two handguns at the Fort Hood Army post on Thursday, killing 12 and wounding 31 others, Army officials said, adding the suspect had not been killed as previously believed. Authorities identified the suspected gunman as Major Nidal Malik Hasan, who had treated soldiers wounded in foreign wars preparing for foreign deployment at the post. http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20091106/ts_nm/us_texas_shooting An Army psychiatrist?? How crazy is that??

Obviously, violent video games are to blame.

So much for being a psychiatrist, couldn't even solve his own issues. But really that blows big time, killing 12 people and wounding 31 damn. Condolences to the families. How the hell did they take him alive? Did he run out of ammo?

And he graduated from Virginia Tech in 97....*sigh*(Won't say it) Very terrible. I remembered reading in an article he was shot to death by a SWAT team. I'm sure his outcome would have played out better if he was dead. Now that he is alive. God knows how his fairy tale will end. Chair? Needle? Noose? Life in Prison?

How the hell did they take him alive? Did he run out of ammo? He was actually shot 4 times and somehow managed to survive. Fox News is trying to pin him as some sort of Obama supporting terrorist, so there have already been distortions associated with this incident. Very sad situation.

So you have information that proves he didn't support Obama like most of the country did/does?

I think his point was that the guy's political leanings are irrelevant so any attempt to bring them into the spotlight is really just a poorly disguised way at slandering the president. I mean I was never a Bush supporter, but to blame him for some of the crazy **** people did while he was in office is just dumb. Republican or democrat, it doesn't matter, none of them support insane shooting rampages. Damn shame about all this.

He'll be tried in a military court...firing squad maybe? Hanging? I don't think they do the needle.

Well I'm sure before all that he'll be sent to some underground bunker to "talk" about the why to all of this Didn't read the foxnews story that you guys are talking of but that would be rather silly to blame the pres for this.
What do you mean I don't have a life? I'm a gamer, I have tons of lives.

Seriously, though, what politician on either side would wish death upon American soldiers? People will want to play the blame game so they can feel secure, but the fact is some people are just ****ing nuts. Nothing we can do about that.
