So i just played the GOWIII E3 Demo... - Saturday, November 07, 2009 6:25 PM
My mind has been Blown Away... .  Hack and Slash games after GOWIII need to step up, cause if what i played can be possible on Next-gen Hardware, then its no excuse of not making a good Hack and Slash game from now on. A new standard is going to be set for this particular Genre after March 2010.

Im going to pick up the GoW/GoWII collectors edition.. and will play the demo then :)

well Pope, you'll be happy to know that the build you played is actually 2 builds too old. according to a lead animator's blog, it's running much smoother (closer to 60 fps locked) and looks much, much better now.

My only concern is how slow it looks. I know I've been spoiled with a stupidly hectic and combo-heavy game of Awesome that's unrelenting in its speed thanks to Bayonetta, but damn God of War 3 looks slow. D:

I've played it a couple times since receiving the code today. Amazing! One aspect that blew me away was the lighting in this game, your attacks lighting up the whole area. Also, I actually like using the sub-weapons for once, punching enemies off the screen.

 I played it yesterday , i really liked it the controls were tight and responsive and the graphics omg  the best i've seen yet and its still in the works ,  Gore , blood , violence , kratos and with the great controls i am really impressed with GOW3 demo cant wait for march 2010 .
