In this thread we review...

Box Art. Yes Box Art. Since UC3:DD has been revealed we've caught a glimpse of what most likely will be the cover art and that will be the first review of this thread. I like how they improved over the UC2:AT cover, here we have Drake looking into the distance which fits the whole in the desert locale giving a feel of being stranded now. I like how it shows Drake and the wreckage with him sporting not only the half tuck but the scarf with the sun shining brightly on him. It was smart of them to make sure that the title was behind the plane or smoke it definitely help make it stand out more. Over all I give it an 8/10. UC1 had a 9/10 whereas the constipated Drake hanging for his life in UC2 I 'd give a 5/10 at best.

I probably would have liked it better if it was zoomed out a bit to show more of the desert with Drake looking at the crash instead of away from it. It looks horribly cluttered. Uncharted 1 boxart - 4/10 Uncharted 2 boxart - 8/10 Uncharted 3 boxart - 7/10

Mass Effect 2 I didn't like this boxart as much as I did the first though the same basic formula is there Shepard, Girl and Alien it was a bit awkward the way Miranda's hair flows instead of making her into the "supposed" perfect woman it made her forehead look bigger than it is. The alien aka Thane looks somewhat pissed and totally doesn't seem to fit his character. The box art feels too tightly packed. The first one not only had the man, girl, alien thing but the first one also presented the antagonist in the cover (showing only his menacing glare) and the basic enemies he commands the geth. ME2 5/10 ME1 9/10

This is a very original artwork. LOOK AT THAT. IT'S WHAT MADE ME BUY THE THING. I did not know this was an RPG, but I thought it was an adventure game when I first bought it. The artwork made me think, "POLITICS." 10/10

Now a special post dedicated again to Mass Effect 2 The reason why I gave ME2 a 5 and not lower was because this deserved a lower score The fact that they have the time to fix the weak ass cover they didn't and just added a GoTY sign and a headline on top detailing that it has the DLC. 1/10. Yes an unchanged bad box art deserves a -4 in my book.

The PC version has a much nicer box art. I got the Collector's Edition since I'm a sucker for those. 7/10

Murderdolls 9/10 I give it a 8/10 the flame on Twisters wheel looks out of place and I could think of a lot of other characters to better represent than either Hammerhead or Mr. Slamm

If I had my choice of vehicles I probably would have gone with Sweet-Tooth, Spectre & Mr. Grimm.

Axel and Hanmerhead were some of my favorite vehicles and twister had a the best special in TM2. I give the boxart a 10/10 for nostalgia. The orignal Twisted Metal has some of my favorite box art. It was my very first game.

Whoever made this needs to play golf more.

ME2 5/10 ME1 9/10 I hate how BioWare's CGI characters never look anything like the in-game character models. Except Thane and Grunt. Thane on the cover looks like Thane in the game. Miranda and Shepard have way different faces.
