Got set up today so that was good played a little zombie U that is awesome and pretty creepy in the dark...

Nintendo land **** like that tons of update lol but that is normal now a days for games...

ZombiU is much better than the all the reviews said isn't it? They reviewed it as a FPS when it is survival horror.

Nocturnus: I think it is a very good survival horror game. It creates tension very well and has great atmosphere, but my biggest gripe is melee combat with the cricket bat. It takes sooooo many hits sometimes and they have the same stumbling back animation every single time. But other than that it's an awesome game!

Yeah it does have it's flaws. Remember it was created in a year since the original game "Mutant Freaks from Outer Space" was scrapped. I wish it had more options for melee weapons and I wish that some of the environments were not reused. Some of the sewer areas look like the exact same area but it is really a different part of the game, it will confuse you at one point in the game. 


Pro tips: If you die, try not to die again going for your loot or you will lose everything. Also make sure you stash some stuff for another survivor in the safe house chest. You will die a few times or more in this game and having some gear to get back to your zombified self will be very helpful.

EDIT: And this is what I love about this game; right after I posted this I went back to at least try to kill one of those zombies before my survivor died. Instead I noticed that I had a flare so I distracted them and looked in my pack. Apparently I had 2 mines I didn't know about so I set one down, lured them over to it and BOOM. Problem solved. I'm sure there's quite a few ways I could've done it, but it saved my ass, so I'm happy!

I think I died 8 times in my first playthrough. I started a game on survival mode but got sidetracked with other games and have yet to get back to it. Try to lure zombies out one at a time and use your flashlight to attract them. Also flares seem useless but they can help later in the game so save a few of them. How do you lure them out one at a time? I tried it a few times and they're always so close that when one reacts they all react. (Don't know why the quote got screwed up, oh well.)

Sometimes you can't if they are packed together. In those instances I like to throw down a mine and then grab their attention and have them walk over the mine. Or just throw a molotov or grenade at them. If you don't have explosives then it's time to use some of that precious ammo you have been saving.

Yeah I was shocked... at this... why did they all do this Why was it looked at as a  FPS it is way more survival horror''' like an old resident evil game... low ammo can die easily and are vulnerable all the way....

yeah it so we can make sure it is the right people...that way if I typed in your name wrong and it goes to you and I don;t know you and you say yes... I have a chance to see if it is really you and I get to say yes or not... 


it is ****ed up but think about there is going to be a lot of kids on this system than the others and if anything bad was to happen it would be a pr nightmare for nintendo...

loving that game hard as well... I am on normal and I have died about 7 or 8 times trying to get to the palaces.... only at the outer gate....

love how you can work on the gun and see the times and improvemnts in them on the gamepad and in the game...
