It makes no sense to say people are cool based on country. Cool is subjective and not everyone in any county is sof the came coolness. but USA is a good guess, SUCK IT WORLD!!

Ok America does not deserve the #1, the coolest people in the world are undoubtedly the Russians. I mean you just don't f**k with a Russian! and people I have met across the world widely consider the Canadians cooler than the Americans.
I'm Colombian and we're not even on the list, even though we're pretty damn cool.
