Both Tony Stark and Victor Von Doom are brilliant scientists, both have really cool body armor, both have practically unlimited resources, they both blend the lines of good and evil at times and finally they both kick tons of ass. The biggest difference in their fighting styles is Victor Von Doom utilizes a lot of mysticism and supernatural forces to power himself up, whereas Tony Stark replies mainly on his scientific and financial muscle, customizing his suit specifically for certain enemies, plus I think the alcohol Tony Stark consumes gives him angry powers...

It is hard for me to say who would win, both men are extremely powerful, but they also get blinded easily by their passions and ideals. Maybe Doctor Doom would win since he is still quite powerful even without his suit.

Both would take one look at your sig and be vaporized.

This is comic book discussions and any consideration of the Fantastic Four Doctor Doom is just plain silly. The Doctor Doom in the movies is a pale disgraceful shadow of the real Doctor Doom.
