should i rent or buy these games

i want to play a good amount of games this holiday but im short on cash. luckily i live near a blockbusters and im hoping that im able to rent some of the games i want( not old enough to buy m rated games myself) so heres the list:
dead space
bioshock
fallout 3
prince of persia
socom confrontation
resistance 2
mirrors edge
far cry 2
littlebigplanet

i don't really like paying 8 bucks for a rent so i say buy.
I happen to be like minded about rentals. Why pay money to borrow something? If a game is worth playing, it's worth buying. Plus, if gives money to developers and publishers to make more of the games we love. That's a good reason to buy a game, right?

i concur with one exception, Bioshock is a buy, imo.
Blah... Most people with sense would have bought it on the 360 by now if they liked the game. *nodnod* The PS3 version is basically identical to the 360 version, save for a new game mode that's little more than a higher difficulty level. Hardly worth £40 when the 360 version can be picked up for half that, is it? xD

Has there been any news about it being sold for full retail price? Because I want to buy it.
PlayAsia is selling the 360 version for $50 and the PS3 version for $65. Or at least, those are their current prices. Chances are that the 360 version will cost even less by November.

I don't rent games, so I would just buy the games that you are most interested in.

I don't rent games, so I would just buy the games that you are most interested in.
My only problem is the games I'm not interested in enough to warrant buying. I can't take them back to the store after buying so if, say SOCOM, sucked balls then I'd be stuck with it. The best I could do is get £15 trade-in for said crap, which is hardly worth the risk of paying £50 for.
