can anyone recommend a 450w or more power supply and a nice big case to go with it.
I can spend about $80 on the two.

I'm not that familiar with US prices, but if you can't afford an expensive case and an expensive PSU it's better to get a cheap case and a good PSU.
With that out of the way I can recommend Lian Li cases, but it's probably too expensive. You could always make your own. That's always fun.
I haven't got much experience with PSUs, but I've heard good things about Mist, and I currently have a Hiper, which has performed without troubles.

Just go on that Chat thing and ask there, obviously the Forums are obsolete now that all the regulars apparently hang out there now.
