Thank you very much! but.. hmm, I was going for Pure White WT,  oh well, time to do something evil :D

you can go from pure black to pure white like this (what i did):

1. unlock all the fogs before flamelurker
2. starting in pure black world tendency, kill black phantom scirvir
3. without going back to nexus, go almost all the way back to the beginning archstone (near blacksmith). Then head to the rotating platform that brings you to the roof where a fat minister is (along with 2 enemies throwing giant rocks at you before you get there).
4. instead of going to the roof, go all the way to the bottom. there should be a puffed up gigantic enemy that doesn't really attack you. kill it, then head back to the nexus.
5. kill yourself in nexus (if you have the NA version of the game) then go kill a boss in world 2, and this should bring you to pure white.

after killing black phantom scirvir, you will still see the normal scirvir alive in pure white where you fought him in pure black world tendency.

I have a simple Q... what's an easy way to get a talisman/catalyst? I have the wooden talisman but don't know where to get spells... I just want some form of magic attack (or the miracle God's Wrath) so I can beat the BearBugs in 2-2 w/o having to stab them 60+ times with a spear :/

well if you mean the wooden catalyst aka your wand, you can find one on the first tower with the archers on it in world 1-2... its the first tower you come to when crossing the bridge where the dragon is making is go arounds with the fire. should be two archers and it will be in one of the corners or drops off one of the archers. and the talisman of god is a treasure in world 4-1 after you kill the first 6 skele's look to the right to where the archers are shooting you from and there will be a dead tree. there is a talisman of god which is used for miracles. also to use magic you have to first buy it from the guy on the right side of the nexus once you have it bought you need to talk to him again and go to remember spell. same thing for miracles... just diffrent side of the nexus

Okay so i heard patches once you rescue him sells better arrows, i saw him in 2-1 and he let me take some loot, but hes still not in the neux.

not sure, but maybe he will be in nexus after he kicks you down the pit in 4-2

wait a minute, you never really rescue patches I think, did you get him mixed up with the guy in storm shrines (the one in jail)? The one you rescue in storm shrines sells pretty cheap arrows, and also stuff like holy arrows for 100 bucks a pop

I just came across patches and talked to him multiple times and then saw him in the Nexus, are you looking in the right spot for him in the Nexus? By the Level 4 Archstone? Just keep talking to him and he should show up there soon.

For me i got him in the Nexus after i did the 4-2 pit thing, i didnt do 2-2 quest and got him that way.


Oh and a Huge WTF... i thought you could not get invaded if you cleared a lvl's boss? or is that just to summon blue phantoms? So   i helped smash the Flamelurker and was suiciding in storm kings 4-4 at the 
arcstone when i saw "idiot invades your game"  i'm like wtf?? so as he was running down the way i waved as i was getting skewed by the mantas.... 

But what a Dick i say...invades at the Boss?  really?

what level r you? do u play online? try summoning few Smurfs

Use arrows or magic at distance and when they get close take them out with melee.
BTW i found patches in Nexus, thanks for that xD
At level 48 now, will probably move on to 3-2 or 4-2.
I Also found a very good grinding spot. At the start of 1-4, kill the 3 archers and up the corner a blue eyed demon gives you 2,000 up the stairs theres another one, after that you can range the clown type monsters and i got around 7,000 souls in around 5mins.

what level r you? do u play online? try summoning few Smurfs

are you using the right kind of weapon in this world? a mace or bashing type of weapon works very well in shrine of storms. for example, I was able to finish a silver skeleton in 2 hit versus 4-5 hits with a kilij.

I have a question for you guys...

Early on in the game, I killed pretty much everybody in the nexus except the spell apprentice, the guy who sells items/upgrades/repairs and the guy with the box where you can deposit items in...

I killed the girl who says "umbassa" and I killed those 2 guys who hang out near a corner.

now... I later on discovered I could learn miracles.. when I realized I had killed the disciple of god... I was very sad ... BUT ... then I found out that Saint urbain also did that...

so I went and rescued saint urbain at 4-2.

Expecting I would be able to learn miracles, I went back to the nexxus hoping to learn some miracle...
in vain...

Does this mean saint urbain will not do anything for me now? or do I have to wait for the proper Faith level ? (I'm currently at faith 6..)

I really want to get miracles and with 23 hours into the game...I would not like to have to start all over with a new game...

So i got called as the Monk again this morning.... and i have to get this out..

ok..  this has to be said again.... and for those that dont know pay attention.

Its called Blind .. now.. if you see somebody like say..


 Me.. in the old monk boss fight.. dont hold up you stupid shield... 

why?  The Blind sword's special ability is to "Ignore shields"   ie~ it hack's threw them... = u dead.


So to reiterate... SHIELDS WILL NOT HELP SAVE YOU IF PLAYER IS HACKING YOU DOWN WITH THAT SWORD.


atm mine is a Blind +5 with a Dex bonus of +95(?) so please.. dont block just dodge please..

Thanks for the help guys! :D I beat Adjudicator, then Flamelurker, then Dragon God. Now I'm going back to Boletaria and try and beat Penetrator! I think I'm S.L. 45 to whoever asked.
