I have been waiting for Ubuntu 9.10 for a long time now, so if you're wondering about my inactivity in the Linux thread, that's why. 9.10 releases in a couple weeks.

Lookbehind I just opened a message in my mail box that say's"Any way to make along story short", Message basically say's that if you don't send this message to all of your psn friends, that on dec 1 09 they will start charging a fee. Sony wants 500,000 psn users to protest this action, and they won't charge for the service. I don't understand this. Maybe some one has put this up allready and i have'nt seen it yet. What's it mean? omg!! i got this exact message yestarday and i was like wtf the ni sent it to 50 people i do not want to start paying it means that ur gona pay

oh god i hate to post this to you guys but i dont want to risk it! some little girl/old woman/serial killer/chef died in a car crash behind the gully. if you do not post this on 20 different emails/videos/deadbabies/pictures she will jump out of the screen and kill you. does this look familiar? just one of those stupid chain mails that hopes to spread like wildfire due to gullible kids.

Pay no attention to it,i got one like 2 weeks ago, saying that that Sony was celebrating that PSN broke the 1 million PSN user mark, and that if i forward the message i would get $50 to spend on the PSN store.haha I told him nice one but try harder PSN broke that one like more than 2 years ago,and the dude who send me the message told me for real,i did not know that i just wanted the the $50 for PSN store,so he did fell for it.haha

advertised in-store the Not at all. Sony will NEVER charge for the PSN. Thats one of their selling points. Secondly, its people trying to spam the PSN. Everytime I see a message like that, I yell at the person to stop spamming me. Ive heard all types of excuses "Call Of Duty will give you a beta code" "Exclusive PS3 map for zombies" "Free $50 gift card for PSN" "If you don't reply to 50 people your dead dogs spirit will come in the night and rape your sisters hamster" .....its all bull$hit. When someone sends you a message like that, tell them to stop cause its all fake.
Humans are boring....BRING ON THE ZOMBIES!

TMANX1 LinuxGuru Ever heard of chain mail / spam? Anyone that sends me a spam or chain mail message on PSN gets an instant block, I don't care if I know you in real life, I don't want or need any motherf*cking spam in my online gaming network message inbox. Linuxguru that never posts in his own thread, making a threat to the bad spammers.Lol Yes, indeed but he has a good point right :) I do the same thing what he is doing, very effective.

Sigh.. Sony will be charging for PSN. It is official. But not in a bad way! They actually will be keeping the current level for free. Everything that you can do now, including play online, facebook, netflix, and use the browser are FREE and will always be free! BUT they are adding a new level. A premium subscription that will consist of all new features. Sony announced this a few days ago but it is a long way off and has not been finished. I'm sure they will make more announcements soon enough when they have more figured out. Including a price. That letter that you received though is obviously a chain mail thing. Anyway! Just thought I'd let you know.
