were is Resident Evil 2 & 3 ?

Ok a few months ago capcom told playstation blog.com the PSOne classics they were planning on releasing in the playstation store they gave a list and at first i thought it would be in that order but since than barely any of those games are available and i was looking forward to get RE2 which is my favorite in the series and RE3 which i never got to play so were are those games you promissed so were are they capcom how hard is it to make em available for US playstation store the japaness have it i have the money so were are they capcom?
