no actually it was 8 bucks with free shipping, like 8.22 or something.. you know, 6.99 plus about a little over a buck in tax.. that is unless maybe you dont get taxed.  It woulda been around 10 bucks with the 3-5 day shipping.

Syko, I owe you one man! Firstly I didn't even know that DVE existed on Blu-Ray and you dug up that!! I'm gonna order right away. Again, Thanks a lot man!

Edit: Just ordered it from a site that said it was region free. It got pretty cheap anyways with the low dollar rate, about half the price from an ordinary Blu-Ray.
