Because it got the GTA Brand Name?
rampages?
Story mode?
Online mode?

I am really excited to play through the sp first with rampages mixed in there of course.

After I beat it or get far...I can't wait to go on rampages and other sh*t with friends online.

.................Which is only fun for a whole 3 seconds.

I'm getting it for the story mode/side missions/ ambulance,firetruck,police,pizza delivery missions.
