I own both platforms. Though if I only had a Wii, I would trade it for a PS3 in an instant. Sadly my Wii is only gathering dust, I'm thinking of selling it.

I would immediately assume something was wrong with the PS3, and decide against it. I would work for the money to buy a PS3 anyway, and then I would cherish it much more. I'd probably sell the wii anyway though. Waste of money if you ask me.
